Replace nothing
In an integrated deployment the platform enriches the command and control a site already operates. It does not replace it.
The platform sits alongside the sensors and command-and-control systems a site already runs. It turns their data into one airspace picture, supports the operator's decision, and records what happened.

A command passes only when four independent checks all say yes. Each answers a different question, and each can stop the command.
Any check can stop a command. When the conditions cannot be confirmed, the platform refuses and records the refusal.
Observation, belief, judgement, advice, command and outcome are different statements. Keeping them apart is what makes a decision reviewable.
A recommendation is never a command. Completed means the equipment reported completion; it does not mean the effect occurred.
What a sensor reported.
The current picture of one object, including how fresh it is.
A judgement about class, behaviour or urgency, with a confidence level.
Advice to a person: what, why, the evidence and the alternatives. Never a command.
An action authorized by a person after all four checks.
What happened, and separately what was observed to happen.
The platform fits the setup a site already has, from a single site to a group of sites that share a picture.
A complete local picture for a site that does not run a command-and-control system.
Adds the decision layer beneath the command-and-control system a site already operates. That system keeps authority.
Deployment is adapted to the site's network and hardware, and is designed to run without a cloud connection.
In an integrated deployment the platform enriches the command and control a site already operates. It does not replace it.
A recommendation carries its evidence and alternatives. It becomes a command only through the four gates.
The record separates what the equipment acknowledged from what was separately observed to occur.
The platform keeps working without AI. When AI is used, it supports the operator rather than replacing their judgement.
